Among the ominous developments, Russia is reportedly launching a heavy TOS-1 missile launch system to Ukraine.
CNN has reported a heavy blazing system T0S-1 that is headed towards the Ukrainian border in a flat-bed truck.
TOs-1 is a rocket system mounted in a T-72 tank fountains that launchs thermobaric missiles.
It was first used during the Soviet war in Afghanistan, as well as recently in Syria.
