Tatyana Usmanova, an opposian activist in Moscow, wrote on Facebook saying she thought she was dreaming when she woke up at 5:30 in the morning for the news.
She said it was “a shame that would be with us forever now”.
I want to apologize to Ukrainians. We didn't vote for those who started war”, she said.
