Wednesday morning, the inspection of the Vushtrri municipality has ravaged an object without permission on the “Uksin Kovacica” road.
In the areas where the business object was built, it was seen as a playground for neighborhood children.
At first, the inspection director had asked the owner to destroy him, but he had not taken action in spite of that.
Director of the Directorate for Inspection Albania Hajdari Micesnica said the collapse was made based on the decision to bring down the object without permission.
“The directorate for inspection of the Vushtrrid municipality -- municipal construction Instincident based on numerous complaints of citizens, tasks and responsibilities as a supervisory body in line with the building laws in force has made the decision on the (anex) destruction facility built without permission of construction 13Nr.206/21 of dt.28.2021. After linking the contract to the economic operator to the collapse of buildings without construction permits and considering that the owner has not made the (anexi) collapse of the facility without a building permit under the decision on rooting (annax) the construction object and has not adhered to the 24/01/2022 ordinance for the removal of the annex, the Directorate for Inspectation, the municipality's 23/02/2022 construction inst is making the realisation of the Czech <x1) decision, the media report reported.
