Requesting the captain, sergeant and officer's suspension when Radojciq escaped

The IPK has suggested it's a captain, a sergeant and a police officer.

Kosovo Police Inspectors of the IPK Investigations Department, respectively, have recommended the suspension of three Kosovo police officials (a captain, a sergeant and a police official, all employees at the border crossing point at “Bernjak” at the Regional Border Director “”, said in the municipality of IPKONCE.

Radojciq allegedly turned back in his car, while police officials were conducting verification procedures.

His documents have remained with police officials.

The alleged “Person allegedly drove his car back and has returned to Serbia, while his documents remained with border crossing police officials. IPK investigators in consultation with the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj have launched an investigative procedure against three police officials on suspicion that they have carried out the same criminal work “Use of official position or authority”. IPK investigators in full co-ordination with the State Prosecutor will continue to take further investigative action towards full enlightenment of all the circumstances associated with this case”, the IPK report said.

Otherwise, Milan Radosic's escape has not been caught by security cameras at the border checkpoint in Brnjak. The reason for this has been their malfunction.

The news has confirmed for Gazeta Express and prosecutor Rasim Maloku.

He has said they have launched investigations into the case.

“There's still some official information about why they didn't work, but there's been an investigation. It is also the recommendation for the suspension of three police officials who were in charge at the time of”, Maloku told Express.

Milan Radojcic has fled to the Kosovo Police on Thursday afternoon at the border checkpoint in Brnjak.

Police in the 24-hour report have detailed how Radojcik got out of hand.

While police officials were conducting verification procedures, Radojciq has returned by car, heading towards Serbia.

According to the investigation conducted by police, it has resulted in Radojcic's request under the court's warrant issued.

“PKK Brnjak 03.02.2022 \40. A male/Serbian suspect (at the entrance to Kosovo), while police officials were verifying it, the same car is moving back towards Serbia. So Radojciq case has opened “Pingim of the official person in the task”.

Radojciq was put on the wanted list a few days ago.

Radojicic has been reported in search of Oliver Ivanovic's murder case. The same one after a while had been erased from the prosecutor's search list that was investigating the case. After a while, the Special Prosecutor put him back on the list of wanted persons.

Several weeks ago, the US sanctioned it and several other Serbian List officials.
