Rejected marriages between the same gender, Duda Balje resignation required

Luljeta Demolli, director of the Kosovar Centre for Gender Studies, has demanded the resignation of MP Duda Balje from the Parliamentary Group for Human Rights in the Kosovo Assembly, where she is chairman. Demolli's reaction came after Balje said she would not vote for the Civil Code this Thursday in the Kosovo Assembly, which includes allowing marriages between the same genders.
