Ranovici on the run: I don't have anything to do with the prosecution. You're wrong if you think you're gonna kick me out of Kosovo.

Serbian List Deputy Chairman Milan Radociq says he has nothing to do with charges related to the “Brezovica”, and that this “also well knows those who have ordered this political persecution, but also those who do it”. “If anyone in Kosovo and Metohija, whether from institutions or international representatives, thinks [...]
Serbian List Deputy Chairman Milan Radociq says he has nothing to do with charges related to the “Brezovica”, and that this “also well knows those who have ordered this political persecution, but also those who do it”.
“If someone in Kosovo and Metohija, whether from institutions or international representatives, thinks that such false accusations could drive me out of Kosovo forever or separate me from my fellow countrymen and weaken the war for Serbia and Serbs, it is gravely wrong”, said Radojsic's statement, published by the Serbian List.
Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK) has recommended on Friday the suspension of three police officials, as they have allegedly failed to stop at the Brnjak border crossing in northern Kosovo, Serbian politician Milan Radojic, declared in search of Kosovo authorities.
Earlier, The IPK has announced that on the evening of February 3rd, Radocic was presented at the border checkpoint in Brnjak and that he has proved to be a wanted person.
In spite of that, he has driven his car back and turned towards Serbia, while his documents remained with police officials at this border crossing.
“IPK investigators in consultation with the Basic Prosecutor at Ferizaj have launched an investigative procedure against three police officials on suspicion that they have carried out the same criminal work unjustly using official position or authority”, said the IPK report.
The IPK suggests that all three police officials belong to the Regional Border Directorate “Veriu” and that they are all employees at the Brnjak border crossing.
Kosovo police announced on Friday that border officials have stopped the vehicle and have begun registration and verification procedures, as well as persons in vehicles.
“During the implementation of police duties, border officials have called on the person (positor) to park the vehicle in a parking lot, to continue with further police procedures, but the driver during car parking has quickly stepped back towards the territory of Serbia”, the Kosovo Police report said.
Among other things, the announcement said police officials have failed to stop the vehicle.
The Serbian List has also reacted to this event. According to her, “attempting to arrest Milan Radocicin poses persecution of Serbian political representatives, which Pristina cannot control”.
“For truth's sake, we point out that based on information available, the request for the arrest of Radojici contains no evidence or any illegal action he has made, but generally speaks of an initiative case regarding the provision of construction permits in the municipality of Strepza, with which Radojic has no say of the Serbian List.
Brezovica is known for the ski centre.
In December 2021, concerning the case of “Brezovica”, ten people were arrested, including the former head of the Shrpca municipality from the Serbian List, Bratislav Nikolic.
