Beden has announced that the operation was conducted under his direction and that it was conducted in northwest Syria.

According to American President Biden, US troops conducted an operation against terrorism in order for the world to be a safer place.

The AP reports that the operation followed a series of attacks in the region, including an attack that lasted nearly ten days in order to take control of a prison by the militant IS group, which is trying to revive.

The US Special Forces seized helicopters and attacked a house in a corner controlled by rebels in Syria, fighting armed men for two hours, the witnesses said, the AP reports.
