Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Shoigu has declared that Ukraine can provide nuclear tactical weapons because it has capacities more than Iran and North Korea. Shoigu said Kiev wanted to become nuclear power again. That's what Putin said. In this way, two Russian officials have attempted to present Ukraine without nuclear weapons as danger.

It's pretty dangerous for many reasons. First, during the long years of Soviet power and being part of the USSS, the capabilities to create such weapons, not only of weapons but also of launching platforms, were built in Ukraine”, Shoigu said at a meeting of the Security Youth Council.

Shoigu then said that nuclear tactical weapons are located in Germany, so such weapons can appear in Ukraine and they can be placed on launch platforms that exist there today.

It has mentioned the Tactical Operational Missiles Complex “Tochka”, saying nuclear tactical heads can easily be placed in these missile systems.

Then, he has said that Ukraine has equipment, technology and specialists who are better than those in Iran and North Korea, which the international community is trying to dislearisize.

After Shoigy, the Eurasian has quoted President Putin as speaking of Ukraine's nuclear weapons, which, according to him, can radically change the situation in the world and that this is a real danger.

It's easier for Ukraine to secure nuclear weapons than some other countries that are making such developments. This separately with technological help from outside. We shouldn't rule this out. With weapons of mass destruction in Ukraine, the situation in the world, for us Russia, will change radically. We shouldn't fail to respond to that danger” Putin said.
