According to Kukat, this decision testifies that “Police spectacular arrest in T7 television space has done so in the absence of an arrest warrant”.
“This is the act pronounced last night by the Constitutional Court in Pristina against Dardan Molliq. We assess the pronounced mass as disproportionate in relation to the alleged criminal act and all the circumstances in this case, so we will file a complaint with the Court of Appeals against the same decision.
This decision, however, testified to what we said from the beginning. Police have arrested spectacularly in T7 television spaces in the absence of an arrest warrant. Moreover, the prosecution has accepted a criminal complaint about this work the day after his arrest. The Court also confirmed that police invitations have not been submitted in line with the relevant provisions of the Penal Procedure Code”, Kukaj wrote.
