Kosovo police had arrested three Serbian citizens last night, D. D., V. J. and D. D., who had bought KLA emblems in a Pristina store.
But the same have yet to be released until 48 hours in detention.
The prosecution reports that Serbs have been released, as at the moment there is no evidence that the case could be prosecuted.
According to the testimony of Serbs, 5 emblems have been found, but the same had claimed to be their collectors and nothing more.
The three Serbian citizens have entered Kosovo at the border crossing point “and the White Alpha” in Gjilan, while leaving their vehicle with Nis license plates and boarding in the car of an Albanian citizen who has brought them to Pristina.
For the release of three Serbian citizens, they have confirmed for cosovanoline, their lawyers, Jovana Filipovic and Nedjo Sharanovic.
