Pridon Sadriu severely violates the Discipline Code, KSF still no punishment measure against him

President Vjosa Osmani's husband, First Lord Princeton Sadriu, wrote a status with a hate language last night in his Facebook account, where the media called “Joint Criminal Enterprise”, writes Periscope. Sadriu, who is also a member of the Kosovo Security Force. [ KSF and U.d. of [...] ambassador
Sadriu, who is also a member of the Kosovo Security Force. [ The KSF] and the UN ambassador to Kosovo in Skopje is not the first time it uses this language in front of the media, and it is many times declared on political issues where we have also seen it come to the defense of the heads of state, such as Prime Minister Kurti, Prime Minister Glauk Konjufca and Minister of Foreign Affairs Donika Grovalla-Schwarz.

By Kosovo Security Force Discipline Code Sadri's statements are grave disciplinary violations. According to Article 21, the Kosovo Security Force Discipline Code, paragraph 2.9, serious disciplinary offense is also considered violating political impartiality.

Paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the Kosovo Security Code for Those who commit serious disciplinary violations says one of the first sanctions under Article 16 of this code is pronounced.
According to Article 16 of the Kosovo Security Force Discipline Code, only one of these disciplinary sanctions is pronounced for serious disciplinary violations: 1.1. Evacuation from KSF; 1.2. Transfer to another entity; 1.3. Temporary transfer to another unit of six (6) to twelve (12) months. This sanction can only be pronounced two (2) times within five (5) to the member; 1.4. Fines in wages, where monthly wages can be dropped from 16% to 30% per month for a period of three (3) to six months. 2. The fine in wages is counted when the sanction is pronounced to the member.
Political bias is also one of the general principles of the service in the Kosovo Security Force under the KSF's Code of Kindness. According to paragraph 1.3 of Article 3 on Service Principles, KSF members during the service are obliged to maintain political impartiality.
Also, the KSF Goodwill Code is applicable: “for active members, reserve, cadets and KSF recruits, in service inside and abroad.”, by Article 2 on Goodwill Code Action.

Even under the Kosovo Security Force law, political bias is not allowed. Article 6 of this law, on political impartiality under paragraph 2 and subparagraphers 2.1 and 2.2 prohibits members of the Kosovo Security Force from being members of political parties, organisations or associations with political character; 2.2; to participate in political activities that are organised by them, nor can they show signs of support to any of them.
Periscope has tried to get a statement from the Kosovo Security Force, but the same have not responded.
After all this, The Kosovo Journalists' Association has condemned President Osmani's husband's attacks on journalists.
We remember that a few days ago the police official, Amir Hoxha, has been suspended from work to an indefinite term, just because He expressed disappointment over the lack of a shot for the cops.
