Two policemen physically assaulted, detention required against suspects

According to the prosecution, while the injured were carrying out their official task, they were on car patrol in the city respectively, and had noticed a car parked in a parking lot contrary to traffic regulations, where it prevented other traffic participants. Police officials have been looking for documents from the car driver, telling him the reason for this, where the defendant V.J. had initially been reluctant to give him documents, then exits the car and started to become aggressive to the police officer, and his brother G.J. was also joined to him, and both were physically assaulted by B. F., and D. K.

The prosecutor of the case against the V.J. defendants, and G.J., has called for the detention measure in the 30-day term, and on the prosecutor's orders are in detention from February 24th, 2022.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has requested the appointment of the detention measure by the competent Court in Gjakova, against the two defendants, the V.J., and the G.J., due to allegedly committing criminal acts “Attack the official person in the co-ordination” and “Canos”.

The prosecution reports that, on February 24, 2022, in Malisheva, defendants V.J. and G.J., in interactions with each other attack official persons during the performance of official damage duties B. F., and D. K., both police officers at the Malisheva police station.

The defendant G.J. physically attacks Officer B. F., hitting it once with fists on the left of the head, specifically on the left ear, and on the left hand, causing slight bodily injury, and the same, using force with two hands on the chest removes the injured D.K.

Also, defendants following police arrest have detained police officials, B.F., and D.K., with different words, with the intention of intimidation.
