Former Kosovo diplomat Lulzim Peci says the crisis in Ukraine has spread the European Union's complete failure in trying to transform Serbia into a pro-Western country.

Ukraine's crisis spread the full failure of the EU policy to make it through Serbia's approach to Brussels to transform it into a pro-ordination country. Now when it's time for truth, there's no dilemma here
The revisional concepts of the “Ruse” and the Serbian “8x3> and the state ideologies of these two countries are almost the same, and so far have neglected both the EU and NATO.
Instead, Brussels has dealt with Serbia's “administrative capacity”, leaving free hands to Belgrade on foreign and security policy, which has never ceased since the early 90s to be the source of instability and conflicts in the region.
It is the last time that the West will be put in line not only to Russia but also to Serbia, not to allow its management to become zero after 30 years of major investment in Balkan peace and security.
