Istog chairman Ilir Ferati has announced that the Democratic League of Kosovo will rule together with the Democratic Party in this municipality for the next four years.
“Today I have been waiting for the PDK chairman, branch in Istog, Mr. Ali Nimanaj. As a result of our joint efforts, we have reached agreement to rule in Istog for the next four years. The agreement is signed on the principles of good governance, transparent and fair, professional and in accordance with the laws in force and will be in the function of developing our city and improving the lives of the citizens of our municipality”, Ferati wrote on Facebook.
According to Ferati, the deal envisions that the PDK will lead the Directorate of Agriculture, Dreorina for Culture, Youth and Sports, the Administration Directorate, as well as hold the post of deputy chairmanship.
We have also agreed that the bearer of municipal functions will submit to the performance measurement mechanism in periods of (1) years. The appointment and presentation of our entire governing team will take place over the next few days”, Ferati wrote away.
