Open i PDK: Dardan was arrested for good, but he had to do with two or three police officers, not so much

Social Democrat Party leader Dardan Molyqaj was arrested last night shortly before entering the <x0->Pressing” show in T7, where he was invited to talk about last week's protest. Molyqaj's arrest sparked numerous reactions. Opposition parties called political arrest by power, while former Kosovo Police Director Rashit Qalaj for Periscope has shown how he has seen this action.
Major police forces took part in Moliqaj's arrest, which is viewed as unnecessary as former chief police officer Rashit Qalaj.
The door to Periscope has said that Molliq's arrest had to be two or three police officers, not more.
My guess is that Mr. Molyqaj has been justly arrested but I have remarks on how he was arrested. Police are authorized to use force but proportionally so depending on resistance to use proportional force. As for the number of policemen engaged in this arrest, I think it was a big number, so unnecessary. In such cases, two or three police officers must apply the warrant, while others remain in alert somewhere nearby so that (if the arrest is prevented by others) they can be engaged quickly.”, he said of Periscope.
Qalaj also said Moliqaj's arrest had to happen on the day after the protest ended.
I think Mr. Molly had to be arrested when she hit the police. I think the Kosovo police deliberately did not arrest him at that moment because the protest could slip into violent protests, but at least had to arrest him at the end of the protest. No one dares hit the Kosovo Police.”, he said.
Meanwhile, Moliqaj's arrest sparked the reaction of opposition party leaders and analysts.
LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku said Moliq's violent arrest tastes like a clean political revenge.
The violent arrest of PSD President Dardan Moliqaj has the taste of pure political revenge; therefore this act, for me and the LDK, is unacceptable and against the basic standards of democracy”, he wrote on Facebook.
The first of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, said the issue of Moliqaj's arrest is a bit strange, as the cause of the protest against the expensive electricity was right.
Kosovo's “Police and Prosecution have pre-procedures for these cases if there are violations of the law, I think they cannot arrest him, but they can send an invitation. The issue of arrest is a little weird for me. The cause of the protest was quite fair for increasing the price of power”, Haradinaj said.
New Kosovo Alliance Chairman Behgjet Pacolli, through a writing on his Facebook account, said Moliq's arrest is unfair and unnecessary. According to him, such arrests are not seen in democracy.
In addition, Pacolli said Moliqaj would be notified on his own if there were an invitation from Kosovo Police.
The arrest tonight of Dardan Mollishaj is unfair and unnecessary to the democratic state that we have built so far. Such arrests are not seen in democracy. This is bad news for Kosovo democracy. I always enjoy the Kosovo police, but not with its politicisation. I'm convinced that if Molly had an invitation herself, she'd be calling where she'd be invited to 64x1...
