Pacolli for warning recognition: Osman or Kurti left to travel to sign recognition

While he has responded to a commentator in his question about how this issue is left, Pacolli has indicated that his task has been to bring the delegation to Kosovo, while the rest now belong to President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
