Ukrainian President Lukashenko said he has claimed responsibility that aircraft, helicopters and missiles deployed on Belarus territory will remain on the ground along the departure, negotiations and the return of the Ukrainian delegation to the country.
Russia had given Ukrainian officials until 1500 hours to decide whether to meet for talks in Belarus.
