One of Vladimir Putney's closest people, Russian National Security Council Secretary Nikolai Ptrusev, will visit Belgrade on 28 February.

Analyst Agon Maliqi, has been alarmed that such a visit is Vladimir Putin's tendency to destabilise our region as well.

Ptruschev, according to Serbian media, will have a meeting with Aleksandar Vuciqi and, as reported by the Serbian Novosti, one of the topics to be discussed is Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov's warning concerning that treating Russia has information that mercenaries from Kosovo, Albania and Bosnia are being sent to fight east of Ukraine, writes Periscopi.

“Vuciq and Ptrusev will talk about empowering co-operation between the two countries in the security field, as well as the security challenges facing the region, Europe and the world Novosti, writes.

Millard Dodik of the Serbian Presidency in Bosnia and Herzegovina blew fire yesterday promoting Lavrov's statement, and added that it should be taken very seriously.
