One of Vladimir Putney's closest people, Russian National Security Council Secretary Nikolai Ptrusev, will visit Belgrade on 28 February.
Ptruschev, according to Serbian media, will have a meeting with Aleksandar Vuciqi and, as reported by the Serbian Novosti, one of the topics to be discussed is Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov's warning concerning that treating Russia has information that mercenaries from Kosovo, Albania and Bosnia are being sent to fight east of Ukraine, writes Periscopi.
