United Education, Science and Culture Union ( The SBASK has rejected the Parable Law, apart from the bonds of cofficiency.

In the community for media from the SBASAK, members of the Steering Council and the union-level heads of Universities have made unanimous decisions that if the UN and the Ministry of Internal Affairs miss meetings with representatives of the SBASK they ignore their demands then they will take radical actions.

The “in Sunday evening hours the SBASK has held an extraordinary meeting with the Steering Council and with the mayors of the union and university levels to continue with consultations Monday morning.

The key theme of the debate at this meeting was the ongoing version of the new Law of Salaries and separately the additions of the cofficients. Representatives of employees in education -- from nests to Universite -- after making concrete remarks -- have voiced objections based on this version of the Reward Law. For SBASK it is unacceptable to report co-fficients 1 to 20 that favour many government officials at the expense of those employed in education, culture, and other sectors, and so is the tendency to reduce the conferences for the largest number of employed in education”, said in the SBASK communique.

“The participants in this extraordinary meeting after a long and constructive debate have authorised the chairmanship and commission of field experts to continue with commitments and to introduce Minister Nagavci and Minister Sefcla concrete and controversial SBASK proposals in order for employees in the entire education sector and culture to have a merity place in the new Gentile Law, not a degraded and degraded position, such as it is now in the version, which is being passed by the Parliamentary Law.

Members of the Steering Council and the heads of the municipal level union and University have unanimously made the unanimous decision that if MASTI and the Ministry leading Minister Sfecla miss meetings with representatives of the SBASK, or fail to comply with the disputed demands of workers of the entire education and culture sector, then in the first part of March there will be syndical warning actions, consciously protests with limited numbers of participants, and if there are no positive changes, then there will be more radical action, not to be initiated by a general strike by the entire system of education, at the pre-terfuge, the Supreme Court and the University.

The decision was made by this meeting and by developed consultations that the SBASK would require the Government to raise wages linearly to the value of 100 euros for all employees in education, science and culture from April until the launch of the new wage law, which should be the product of the precautionary agreement between Government and trade unions”.
