Spahiu was called to talk about the image of Xhafer Deva, which the professor said is the most emblems figure in Kosovo's history.
“Jafer Deva is the most emblems figure in Kosovo's history and the history of Albanians. He is the father of the idea for Kosovo independence, the creator of the Albanian state at the widest borders he has ever had...”, Spahiu said, among other things.
