MPJD response sought after Russian Foreign Minister's count of sending forces to Ukraine

Russia is claiming to have information that persons from Kosovo, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina are located in the region of Donba, Ukraine. This is against security experts, saying it is propaganda to neutralise the actions of Russian mercenaries. They also ask the Ministry of Foreign Affairs [...]
Security expert Nuredin Ibishi calls the allegations of Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Serge Lavorrov unacceptable that Kosovo, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina have sent mercenaries to Ukraine. The Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs's response has also been requested.
It is incomprehensible why there are no statements from our diplomats, either by the MPJD, as it is about breaking the law. Ultimately, if this is the case then anyone engaged in an external combat conflict, we also have the 2015 law when we sanction commitment and we have one of the most severe laws in Europe, but even in the world that someone engaged in fighting abroad can be sentenced to 15 years in prison. So far we have no single case from Kosovo, addressed with data related to this”, he says of Kosovas.
Furthermore, Ibishi adds that these statements are intended to improvise the countries of the region, which there are claims even through Serbia.
Even security expert Avni Islami says it is intentional and propaganda of Russia.
The “is known that Russia has recently developed widespread propaganda, not only this case, that mercenaries and volunteer fighters are going to Ukraine from Albanian soil. This is Russia's propaganda, which tries to neutralise the actions of Russian mercenaries who have participated in Balkan fighters and most specifically in Kosovo. And their statements will produce no effect, because the situation on the ground is not so, and that according to the possibilities and according to information they do not possess any information that Albanians from Kosovo and other lands have gone to Russia”, he declares.
Islam also does not consider that the situation between Russia and Ukraine will produce consequences for Kosovo.
“In terms of security will not be affected by Kosovo, Albania, and the countries where Albanians live -- that is, in Macedonia. Because where Albanians and their lands are located are the most pro-Western people who have witnessed this also to the United States of America, and will not have and will not produce any negative effect”, Islam says.
Security expert Avni Islami says that with the Russian forces' delocation at the border with Ukraine, their number has been up to 150,000 troops. That, as he said, is global tension where Russia's involvement and its attack on Ukraine will produce consequences for major states.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov's claims have also reacted to Albania's foreign minister, who denies having mercenaries in Ukraine.
Russia reportedly has collected over 130 thousand troops on the Ukrainian border.
