Moliqaj has written on Facebook that Monday's protest in the Energy Regulatory Office was peaceful, but according to him, power used police against this protest.

“Following a peaceful protest aimed at clarifying the fraud of increasing the price of energy, power used police. To violent protesters, power ordered the 48 - hour observance of no legal circumstances for such a decision. Our questions about how much the current price has increased and how much KED wins in this entire crisis, power responded with violence and discipline”, Moliqaj wrote.

PSD leader has stated that Nol Niushi and Genc Sheriff are still being held under arrest.

“Unjust decisions and deepening inequality, Kurti Government is responding in the most typical way for authoritarian powers: violence and discipline. After 48 hours of isolation, we were all released. Without changing any circumstances. While the prosecution is still holding Nol Nusin and Genc the Sheriff in a court fart without any legal sense”, Moliqaj wrote.

The PSD has protested on Monday in the spaces of the Energy Regulatory Office, where it called for publication of the decision on expensive electricity.

At the PSD protest, police reacted, where they arrested party leader and 12 activists.

Of them, Mollishaj, Nature Kuci, Teuta Rusta, Frasher Krasniqi, Nol Nushi and Genc the Sheriff were sent to the facility.

Niushi and the Sheriff were sent to hold for the PSD-organised protest on January 21st against the price of electricity, while others were sent to protest in the ERE.
