According to a communique of this council, from discussions at the Initiation Council meeting, attended by most of the initiative activists living in the country, it has been decided on their commitment to preserving objects of particular importance, such as the LPK's bases and the home in the Sanhedrin in front of the student city, which personifies RSFJ police violence, as well as Serbian state terrorism against Kosovo.
The Council requires that this facility be taken under institutional care, to testify to generations to come, the violence of the invaders, where students who have demonstrated freedom of independence were attacked and killed. The Initiator Council will submit the written request to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca, who will be required financial support. The Initiator Council invites all LPK activists, both in and out of the country, to engage in identification and finding the location where the LPK's house can be built. The Initiator Council, in co-operation with LKP activists, will identify all LPK base houses in Kosovo and its parts in Presevo, Macedonia and Montenegro. The Initiator Council will apply in writing to the relevant municipalities and the Institute for Protection of Historic Monuments, for their restoration and institutional protection”, it is said in a statement.
