We've heard a lot of stories that basemarks have very good reports between them.
But it is not worth a 46-year-old from Kosovo, who has ended up in court in Switzerland after an argument he had with his bajanac.
He is accused of stabbed his pocket by causing wounds in his belly, back, and arm.
The charges are denied by the accused, who before the court said Monday that the victim is he and that these wounds are due to self-defense.
In this case the prosecution has sought five years and five months in prison for the accused and ten years' expulsion from Switzerland for the man from Kosovo.
The versions of the parties are completely opposed to the event, which occurred three years ago, in addition to the reason for the meeting that coincides, writes Luzernerzeitung past Clankosova.tv.
The accused had his cell phone, he had asked his brother-in-law for help, (unlessly the 40-year-old Kosovo accuser), and had visited him.
The men involved reside in the same municipality and have been known for more than 20 years.
Having solved the cell phone problem, both had left home together and their confessions from this moment have changed completely
In court, the plaintiff has claimed that the defendant has unexpectedly drawn a pocket knife and said he would kill him. Then he tried to stab him 20 to 30 times. The moment the plaintiff tried to defend himself, the clash occurred, and both have fallen to the ground while the accused has broken his arm.
The other confession has the accused.
He testifies that the plaintiff had attacked him suddenly and had punched him so hard in the jaw that he had fallen to the ground, could no longer see anything, and had felt only the shocks that had followed. When he wanted to get up again, he noticed that his arm had been broken.
The 46-year-old says his bank had offered him 10,000 francs to silence the case.
Something like that is taught that he has done it with a workmate before, but the plaintiff rejects the charge.
The accused was gone and wanted to call the police.
The plaintiff then attacked him again, held his collar by hand, and held it against a tree or a bush. Hoping he could scare him, the accused had pulled the knife out of his pocket and opened it.
During the clash they have collapsed several times, where the plaintiff has once fallen on the open edge of the knife.
The plaintiff has repeatedly expressed his misunderstanding during interrogation; he stressed that he could not explain what had happened to his brother - in - law that evening.
Asked about the family situation, the plaintiff said that his brother - in - law never liked him. And that his tendency to gossip is known to the entire family.
But, the accused, for his part, has said that they have always had good relations with each other. He believes that his father - in - law has urged the accuser to attack him, saying that the accused had spoken ill of the accuser.
The defence attorney shows that his client has been mostly a domestic person and since the birth of the children he's constantly cared about, so his wife's family probably viewed him as “second-hand man”.
Since there are no witnesses to the event, it is still unclear who the judges will eventually believe.
The trial will be communicated to the written parties.
