Kosovo's LGBTI+ rights activist Lend Mustafa has reacted after tomorrow is expected to appear before the draftdi deputies, which includes a provision that paves the way for drafting a special law to allow “civil co-operation” among persons of the same gender.
Mustafa has said that there is no state that forbids their love.
There is no code, there is no religion, there is no state, nor power that prohibits us from wanting”, says his post.
We remember that the chairman of the Commission for Human Rights in the Kosovo Assembly, Duda Balje, has come up against allowing the same gender marriage.
Also, leaders of the four religious communities in Kosovo have signed a joint declaration Wednesday, through which it is called for no changes to be made in connection with marriage and family.
