LDK issues Assembly Hall, discontent with regulation disrespect

MPs from the Democratic League of Kosovo have launched the Assembly Hall at today's plenary session. Opposition MPs say their remarks about disrespecting the Parliament's regulation at the moment of overstepping the agenda points due to the lack of presenting two bills by MKRS Minister Hajrullah Ceku and the minister [...]

LDK MP Driton Selmanaj said this way of carrying points has never worked in the Assembly.

“Respecting the regulation, one needs to respect a request for a procedure motion to postpone and hold for the next session, an issue we have voted for the agenda. We can't, it's the ministers we're looking at until someone comes back. This has never worked, even with regulations, is defined”, he said.

In spite of that, Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca said it would continue in the manner of carrying the agenda points, without need for procedure motion.

“Taking into account the current experience and tradition we continue with what we possibly have”, he said.

The Assembly is continuing the work, where the Bill for Management Systems was passed, municipal performance and performance scheme of the performance-based guarantor. /kp/
