Meanwhile, Lajcak said they agreed to speed up the work of dawning the luck of the dead.
While Kosovo state leaders, President Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said Serbia is blocking the process of dialogue and state sovereignty and functioning should remain unencumbered by any one's efforts.
On Tuesday, Lajcak and Escobar have met leaders of opposition parties in the country, representatives of civil society, and representatives of the Serbian List.
Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi, the chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, and Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj had identical requests and expectations from dialogue with Serbia at separate meetings they had with the special representative of the European Union, Miroslav Lajcak, and United States envoy for the Balkans Gabriel Escobar.
