Prime Minister Albin Kurti said today he is willing to participate in talks with the Serbian side in the European capital whenever Brussels invites him.
Kurti said they are committed to principled dialogue towards an agreement that at the centre has mutual recognition, the Express newspaper reports.
“As far as possible meetings are concerned in Brussels, we are committed to balanced, principled dialogue towards a legally binding agreement that is central to mutual recognition and we are always constructive. It is up to the facilitator or mediator, Brussels, when the next meeting will be, but our readiness will never be lacking”, he said before reporters.
The U.S. and the EU have hired their special assistants to sit at Kurti and Vucinqi's negotiating table.
EU Emisari Lajcak, accompanied by US Emissar Escobar, have been staying in Kosovo and Serbia this week with the aim of pushing ahead of a summit between the two states.
