Prime Minister Kurti commended Prime Minister Petkov for taking office and extended an invitation to visit Kosovo.
In the ZKM communiqué, they reportedly talked about opportunities to intensify regional co-operation, especially in the areas of security and energy diversification.
“Prime Minister Kurti said the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has proactive access to regional co-operation and that it fully supports the Berlin Process and the Joint Regional Market, as the only platform operating with European Union rules and according to the agenda of the Berlin and EU Process”, is said to be further in the communique.
Unedia management was discussed, and Prime Minister Kurti said that from the last country in the region, from the percentage of the population vaccinated against COVID-19, Kosovo today ranks first in the Western Balkans.
He announced Prime Minister Petkov's progress in the economy, in the fight against crime and corruption, and in other areas during nearly a year of governance.
Bulgaria's “Prime Minister Kurti commended Prime Minister Kurti for his achievements and expressed his government's will and willingness to increase co-operation”, said the ZKM communiqué.
