Kurt named him head of KEK, director buys himself a 1000-euro phone

Kosovo has been facing an energy crisis in recent months. Except for warnings for expensive electricity prices, the blocks of the Kosovo Energy Corporation are running into trouble every day, though this company recently received 20m euros of subsidies from the Government of Kosovo. The State had to pay 248 thousand euros, or 12,000 euros [...]
The state had to pay 248 thousand euros, or 12,000 euros a day -- a foreign expert to return the B2 thermal power plant block “Kosovo B” to office.
Only a few days after this block's return to function, KEK announced that between January 29th and February 27th, the A3th unit of thermal power plant “Kosovo A” will be out of operation because of regular service.
But all these troubles have not influenced KEK director Nagip Kranqi, appointed by Albin Kurti, to please himself.
He bought a phone with citizen money worth 1,000 euros.
Even when asked about the phone, Nagip Krasniqi has said that the phone price debate the company has bought for him is not relevant.
For me, it's interesting whether the phone will be 500 or 1,000 euros, considering that it must be somewhere else pipe or that there should be savings in transparency. I believe the phone debate is not relevant for an institution like KEK. It is a bit of a misuse of focus”, Krasniqi said at Calxon Pernimes.
