A day earlier, Peach has paid a two-day visit to Serbia, where he met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq and Office for Kosovo Director Petrar Petkovovic.

The special envoy of the United Kingdom for the Western Balkans, Stuart Peach, at the end of his visit to Belgrade, said he had told leaders in Serbia that Great Britain supports dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina leading to the European Union.

He said he has met Serbia's state leaders during his visit to this country, with which he has spoken about the region and the wider challenges to international security,
