Kosovo ranks 28 countries below last year in Heritage Foundation's economic freedom index

The Index of Economic Freedom is an annual index and ranking created in 1995 by the conservative Institute “The Heritage Foundation” and the “The Wall Street Journal” to measure the degree of economic freedom in countries of the world.
