The knife attack between two “badjanks” Kosovar in Switzerland ends in the Court, as the case had happened.

The prosecution seeks 5.5 years in prison for the accused and ten years' expulsion from the country for 46-year-old Kosovo, who has stabbed his brother-in-law to 46-year-old Kosovar, has responded to the first-instance court because of a dispute that has ended with stabbed injuries. A 46-year-old Kosovo has responded to the first-instance court because of a dispute that has ended with stabbed injuries. However, he says he is the victim in this regard, while the plaintiff, according to him, is the author.

The problem started with a mobile phone defect and ended with a criminal tingling, among other things, for attempted murder.

The public prosecutor accuses the 46-year-old man of assaulting his shaganac (cout) with a pocket knife and has caused him wounds and cuts in his stomach, arm and back. But if you trust the suspect's version, he's the victim himself and the stab wounds are just a unfortunate result of his self-defense.

The two men's descriptions are diametrically contrary; only about the reason for the meeting, which occurred three years ago, is the same, in both versions, the transmission albinfo.ch. Because the accused had a problem with his mobile phone, he had asked his brother-in-law for help, (unlesse private indictment) to Kosovo's 40-year-old and had visited him.

Men, whose wives are sisters, live in the same municipality and are known for more than 20 years, writes Louzerner Zeitung. Having solved the cell phone problem, both had left home together and their confessions from this moment have changed completely

Asked at the hearing, the plaintiff says the defendant has suddenly drawn a pocket knife and said he would kill him. Then he tried to stab him 20 to 30 times. The moment the plaintiff tried to defend himself, the clash occurred, and both have fallen to the ground while the accused has broken his arm.

The accused, on the other hand, testifies through the translators that the plaintiff had attacked him suddenly and had hit him so hard with his fist on his beard that he had fallen to the ground, could no longer see anything, and had felt only the shocks they had followed, followed albinfo.ch. When he wanted to get up again, he noticed that his arm had been broken.

The plaintiff, according to him, offered 10,000 francs for silence, is taught to have done so before with a workmate, but the plaintiff rejects the charge.

On the condition that he accept the offer, he was gone and wanted to call the police. The plaintiff then attacked him again, held his collar by hand, and held it against a tree or a bush. Hoping he could scare him, the accused had pulled the knife out of his pocket and opened it. During the clash they have collapsed several times, where the plaintiff has once fallen on the open edge of the knife.

The plaintiff has repeatedly expressed his misunderstanding during interrogation; he stressed that he could not explain what had happened to his brother - in - law that evening.

Asked about the family situation, the plaintiff said that his brother - in - law never liked him. And that his tendency to tell rumors is known to the entire family, broadcasts albinfo.ch. But the accused, for his part, has said that they have always had good relations with each other. He believes that his father - in - law has urged the accuser to attack him, saying that the accused had spoken ill of the accuser.

The defence attorney shows that his client has been mostly a domestic person and since the birth of the children he's constantly cared about, so his wife's family probably viewed him as “second-hand man”.

Since there are no witnesses to the event, it is still unclear who the judges will eventually believe. The trial will be communicated to the written parties. The prosecution seeks 5.5 years in prison for the accused and ten years of expulsion from the country.
