Klitschko says in front of the German minister: It's not protected Ukraine by donated helmets.

Kiev Mayor Vitaly Klitschko called Friday for support from the international community amid increased tensions between Ukraine and Russia.

Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, Klitschko said that the situation is critical and that Ukraine needed “arms to fight the Russian threat.

“Thank you for 5,000 helmets”, he told German Foreign Minister Annalena Backock, but that's not enough.
