Kiev enters curfew

A curfew took effect in Kiev until Monday morning, the Periscope broadcast.
Initially, it was thought that restrictions on cleaning the public from roads would last between 5 p.m. and 8am each day before the change was announced that it would last until 8am Monday morning, writes The Guardian.
The mayor's office said: “for the capital's most effective defence and safety of its inhabitants, the curfew will last from the present 1700 o'clock, February 26th 2022, until the morning of February 28,”.
Earlier Saturday, the mayor and former boxing champion Vitaly Klitschko said: “All civilians on the road during the police hour will be considered members of sabotage groups and the discovery of enemy”. EP RISCOP/
