Obilic Community Chairman Xhafer Gashi has directed the letter to Kosovo's central-level institutions and Energy Corporation for the overall implementation of the Obilic Law, as well as the KEK's unfinished obligations stemming from this law.
Gashi has stressed: “We have directed such paperwork and requirements against these institutions in succession” as well as the “Obiliki municipality is willing to provide full co-operation with relevant institutions responsible for implementing overall the rights enjoyed by the citizens of Obiliki, defined by the Law for Obilicy”, Chairman Gashi has said.

Dear citizens. Attached to the letter to central-level institutions and the Kosovo Energy Corporation, for comprehensive implementation of the Obilic Law, to recall several times the KEK's unfinished obligations stemming from this law.
We have directed such paperwork and requirements against these institutions in a continuous manner, re-increasing that the Obilic municipality is willing to offer full co-operation with relevant institutions responsible for implementing the entire rights of Obilic citizens who enjoy the law-designed Obilics.
