British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said that Russian President Putin will fail, as he spoke to Ukrainians after a service at the Holy Family Cathedral in Mayfar, London, reports Sky News, the Periscope broadcast.
He said the invasion was an ongoing <x0-ccasterium”.
I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that, at the end and who knows when it will happen, but I hope it will be as soon as possible, I think Putin will fail.
It will not succeed in suppressing Ukraine and we in the United Kingdom will do anything in our power to ensure that result.
This is not just because it's geo-strategic right, but because we have to stand for freedom that is clearly important. Very, very important. PERISCOP/
