US sanctions for Thursday's invasion include 24 Belarusian individuals and subjects, the US Treasury Department has announced.
Japan has announced sanctions against Russia for the invasion, with Kishida naming Moscow's movements an unacceptable violation of Ukraine's sovereignty and international law.
