Another indictment for a Mytaher Haskuca director while he was chairman

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against the former Public Services Director in the Prizren municipality of L.K.

He is suspected of misuse of official position or authority.

According to the indictment, the suspect from the 1412.20 18th to 12,02.2020, exploiting his official authority, deliberately and in order to enable rich benefits to the other person in the concrete case of two economic operators, in the case of drafting the parameters of APU articles, has intervened, and has changed the parameters, which he has sent to the office for energy to the Public Services Directorate kov ST.

He later in the quality of the contract manager between Prizren's municipality and the two economic operators regarding the implementation of the tender mini parks, supply and location in public space of the seats, waste and public enlightenment in Prizren municipality, worth 289.124.00 euros, has issued orders for the implementation of the works under the positions where prices have been higher, even passing over the orders for positions over 30% of the contract, while on the other side for the lowest positions that have not been implemented in this way and the implementation of the contract, and the realisation of the contract causes damage to the country's ownership of the country, with an estimated 10300 euros in fact.

L.K. He was the director during the time that Mytaher Haskuka led the Prizren municipality.

Prizren, February 01, 2022 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the Department of Criminals, has filed charges against indictees L.K., in the quality of the official person, due to the suspicion that the same was committed by “The use of official position or authority” by Article 414 paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).

According to the indictment, in the period of 14,12.2018 until 12,02.20, defendant L.K., working as an official person in the Prizren municipality ʹ director of the Directorate for Public Services, exploiting his office or authority, deliberately failing to fulfill official duties and in order to make rich benefits to the other person in concrete cases of two economic operators, in the way that, in the case of drafting the parameters of public positions { articles, and arguments, which the official has sent to the Public Witness Service, SOCHOG, in the case that causes the payment of contracts between the prime minister and the prime minister's contract, with the use of the introduction of mail and the introduction of the euro's laws for public deposit, and the authorisation of the procedure, the authorates of the commissions of the Romanians, the latter has been required by the latter.

With these actions, the defendant L.K. has fulfilled elements of the criminal act “The use of official position or authority” according to the KPRK.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of the establishment of the indictment has proposed to the Court that after maintaining judicial review, testing and evaluation, the high-ranking defendant for the criminal act for which he is accused of guilty and be convicted by law.
