Former Foreign Affairs Minister and former State Diplomator for Dialogue at the Office of Prime Minister Skender Hyseni has reacted after the opposition parties' resolution against the expensive flow failed in the Assembly.
The Assembly has not approved the opposition's resolution against the expensive flow, as there were only 30 votes to go.
