Hoxhaj, through a writing on the social facebook network, has said Rambouillet is the first signed agreement between Kosovo and the West.
” Rambouille, first signed agreement between Kosovo and the West! Even earlier there was Kosovo's participation in major inter-Albanian, Balkan and international events, but none of them reached the writing of a contractual relationship between Kosovo and the West like this of Rambouille!
23 years ago, the Kosovo delegation, led by Hashim Thaci, concluded the international mediated agreement with this content: The withdrawal of the Serbian Army and the deployment of NATO-led peacekeeping troops, the construction of governing democratic institutions and a decision on Kosovo's status after three years!
The boom is the first international link on the basis of free and independent Kosovo, listing it to the right side of geopolitical and history!”.
