According to him, the energy crisis has not caused this government but its ERE decisions.

According to Hoti, the decision that ZRE made yesterday increased business revenues by 80 percent, and according to him, no explanation has been given for why this happened -- “The only clarification -- has increased the price of imported energy, but on an annual basis, we have only 10 percent import of energy”.
He said the ZRE's decision, which only consumers who spend over 800 kilowatts of energy, would be affected by price hikes, does not stand because most citizens spend on this average during the winter.
