He says the ombudsman should be put in place against the Arbtira decision at the expense of citizens.

How will the count of KESCO bills take place from February 9th, when no visit was made on February 8th by their teams (I mean conscripts that cannot be read by distance).
RER for 800 kilowatts does not specify how low, high-priced tariffs will take.
If there is real ombudsman in the function of the people, it would have to be put into effect immediately for this arbitrary decision to harm citizens without any legal basis!
