Hajredin Kuci: No one had more legitimacy than Thaci to declare independence

Kuci listed several reasons why Thaci was the right person to declare independence. According to him, it was a legal understanding, then Thaci that world was the most powerful political man, and the last reason had to do with the support Thaci enjoyed from the outside.

The professor also said no one had more legitimacy than Thaci to declare independence.
