Former US President for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue Richard Green has reacted after State Department Special Adviser Derek Chollet has called Kosovo Republic Prime Minister Albin Kurtin to discuss holding the April Serbian elections.
Green has asked why an employee calls Prime Minister Kurti and not Secretary of State, National Security Adviser or US President.
“Why does an employee call the head of state. Why aren't Kurt, Secretary of State, National Security Councillor or President?
He has yet said that Kosovo deserves more respect.
Kosovo's “deserves more respect”, has finished Green.
Why is a staffer calling a head of state? Why isn't the Secret, NSA or the President calling Kurti?
