She has said that today's recognition by President Putin of self-declared separatist republics in eastern Ukraine represents an open violation of international law.
“We call on Russia to change the decision and return to the path of resolving diplomatic and political conflict in line with Minsk agreements”.
Today's “recognition by President Putin of the self-declared separatist republics in eastern Ukraine represents an open violation of international law and is a serious blow to all diplomatic efforts towards a peaceful resolution of the current” conflict.
“Recognition is also another violation of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, which we condemn in the harshest terms.
