German Kurt expert returns to KEK

German company “G The Power AG”, which has made repairs to the turbine at Thermocentral B2, will return to the Kosovo Energy Corporation.

The contract between KEK and German company “G Power AG” for the maintenance of turbines that had been personified as contracts to “expert German Kurti”, an engineer who had assisted in repairing the turbine in the B2 block, has already been closed.

KEK will sign a new contract with “G E Power AG” for “Supporting DCS on TC B for 2022”. Like all the contracts this company has won in negotiation, without competition being allowed, this time the procurement procedure has been carried out by negotiation, writes the news.net.

The total value of the contract is 693 thousand 560 euros, and the German company's engineer will be in Kosovo a year to support KEK experts for overhauling DCS at TC B.

KEK's procurement has recommended the company “for contract Ge Steam” at the end of December 2021, and the contract will be signed tomorrow.

But through negotiated procedures, KEK will also link to this company tomorrow a contract worth 60 thousand euros for “Enhancing with supply modules for DCS for the needs of TC Kosova B”.

Both contracts are connected.
