It's stressed that the licenses are in order later in the day.
Germany and Kosovo are very close to finalising the agreement on recognition of drivers' license. The final verdict on this is expected to provide members of the German Bundesrat at today's February 11th 2022 session. Out of 69 members as part of Bundesrat, 35 votes should be in favour of recognising the driver's license of the Republic of Kosovo.
