Germany has decided today that it will recognise its license-friends from Kosovo. This proposal has received approval from 16 German countries.
The news has revealed Kosovo's ambassador to Germany, Faruk Ajeti, who said Kosovo missed no vote.
“The particular pleasure of meeting most of the transport ministers of 16 German countries on the eve of voting to recognise the drivers of the Republic of Kosovo. Even happier, when of the 69 general votes of Bundesrat, our Republic lacks no vote. This talks a lot about friendship between our two countries, as well as empowering and establishing the standardisation of Kosovo drivers with European norms.
