Speaking of CNBC at the annual Security Conference in Munich, Gates, co-chairman of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, said that a possible new pandemic is likely to come from another pathogen by the Coronavirus family.
He added, however, that advances in medical technology should help people fight it if investments are made now.
